You are my Sunshine: Spring Baby Shower

I am always extremely happy to work with our past clients. We had a chance this weekend to help decorate Marisa's baby shower which was really fun to do. Marisa had a theme of "You are my Sunshine" and planned on using daisies somehow in her centerpieces. We picked variety of yellow flowers including two types of daisies and bundled them into low centerpieces. We also used fun patterns that varied on each table and added more casual feel. As a fun element we designed little suns that were part of centerpieces and added a daisy flower for each place setting to add some color. Everything came out looking very springy! It was a great day for a baby shower and we can't wait to see the baby!

"Kubus" - Ania and Michal

I was very happy to help out my dear friends yesterday in making their Baby Shower a little bit more special. The aunt to be was my client, and she had requested for something different and more original. We all come to stereotypical baby showers that are pink and baby blue and that was something that both of us wanted to stay away from. Anna and Michael are expecting a baby boy, they already picked out his name, which will be Jacob, in Polish Jakub or Kubus. For guest gifts, girls came up with a wonderful idea of using popular Polish fruit juices called "Kubus". We didn't have any chair covers, but to made up for that by ordering floor length table linens that shimmered in light and had wonderful texture. Our palm trees really filled up the room nicely and everyone loved how the colors and decorations were so different from the usual baby showers. It was a wonderful day, we are all expecting Kubus to get here in late December. Congratulations to our parents to be!
