Very green summer wedding.

Katie & Rad, July 2013

I love green. Finally I worked with clients that loved green as much as I do. One of the top wedding colors for 2013 Weddings is actually Emerald green. So how could we not incorporate it into our design? We picked out shimmery emerald linens to make a statement. On the photos you can tell how different they look depending on the light. We had white/ivory and green flowers and for accent we used black napkins and sashes on the chairs. For a fun element we used green apples that just added extra charm to entire wedding. All together our color palette became very unique. We used lots of candles. We had custom designed table numbers as well as menus on each table. We also set up a candy bar because Kate and Rad really loved that idea. It worked out perfect since everyone really loved tasting variety of candies that we had set up. It was a beautiful day and our bride and groom looked stunning and were just awesome during entire planning. We wish them lots of love!

Below is Katie's bridal bouquet with a detail of the wrapping on the stems.
We used variety of light green, green and off white flowers. It created a very fresh and romantic look.

Few photos below are photographed by Leigh Wells Photography. She did an amazing job! I am very excited to be sharing those with all of you.

Every bride needs a Bridesmaids shot!

Could these be any more romantic?

Props these last few years became really popular making their appearances on wedding photos.
There are some really great ones. I think mustaches are so yesterday. Lips on the other hand are totally in! Super cute.

And as usual I love detail shots. So the bridal bouquet photo is just amazing. And I really love Katie and Rad holding hands.

Krystin and Jerad

October 10th, 2009

Fall is here! I love fall, but I actually love only two weeks of fall that happen to be still semi-warm and full of colors. Last week was filled with rain and to be honest it didn't look good at all. Magically, everything cleared up for Krystin and Jerad's wedding day on Saturday morning.
The sun came out and the true colors of fall really appeared out of nowhere. The plan was to collect leaves for our tables instead of rose petals. Actually, it was my romantic homework for Krystin and Jerad but since it has been raining and there wasn't many leaves falling we ended up waiting to the last moment. It doesn't get any more last moment than the morning of the wedding. Luckily, there were plenty of beautiful tress with colorful leaves so I collected all bunch of them for extra detail on the tables. As you can see we had chocolate crushed table linens, ivory chair covers with satin copper sashes. On the tables in our arrangements we had apples, roses, chrysanthemums, dahlias and few more flowers that really brought the fall colors out. We had leaves on the curly willows and around the centerpieces. Krystin did a wonderful job preparing her items that I requested from her. Her crafty skills came in really handy. She made beautiful frames with table tree labels that were used instead of regular numbers. She made also place seating cards and her wedding invitations. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding. Congratulations to both of you!

Below are few pictures of the bridal bouquet and bridal party flowers. I can't wait to see the pictures from Kelly Dobson that shot entire wedding.

Bridal bouquet had calla lilies, safari sunset, dahlias, red berries, roses and pincushion flowers.
